The Tops programming system provides additional support in the sense of precision cut efficient nesting and quality cut.

CNC Waterjet
To have cold cutting PRESTIGE has installed a state-of-the-art CNC water jet cutting machine, to serve the needs of the local market. The unit is managed by experienced engineers and technicians. We offer cutting services for almost all materials in any 2 – dimensional shape and profiles.

CNC Turret Punch Press
To cater the growing market of metal forming works PRESTIGE has installed CNC TURRET PRESS or CNC PUNCHING MACHINE with bed size of 1.Sm x 3.5m and thickness varies for 0.5m — 4.0m SS/MS/aluminum. With this installation, PRESTIGE has the capabilities of metal forming into various shapes & design which are used for special applications, decor works and formation of various products.
CNC Pipe / Tube Plasma Cutting
Prestige has added CNC Pipe -Tube Plasma Cutting Machine to cater to the local requirements.
Capacity: Pipe – Length up to 12mtr, Thickness 0.5mm to 25mm, Dia – 1½ inch to 24 inch
Capacity: Tube – Length up to 12mtr, Thickness 0.5mm to 25mm, SHS – 50×50 to 500×500, RSH – 80×40 to 450×250
CNC Sheet Perforation
PRESTIGE has CNC sheet perforation machine to undertake jobs for perforation of sheets up to 6 mm thickness. The sheet material can be Stainless Steel, Mild steel, Aluminum and GI Sheet. Sizes up to 1.5m width and 3.0m length can be accommodated on the machine bed. Designs for punching are as per available dies. The details of the same can be given on enquiry. Stainless Steel Chequered plate up to thickness 3mm can also be done on this machine. Perforated/ punching sheets are widely used in electric cabinets, steel strainers and filters and in industries related to manufacturing of panels, furniture, interior design, architectural works, construction etc.
CNC Lathe
PRESTIGE has in house CNC LATHE for precision machining jobs. With this machine we are executing repeated mass quantity machining jobs in a very short time with the required quality.
CNC Beam Line
PRESTIGE has installed CNC beam line to facilitate sections/drilling 3 axis for fabrication activities.
